Job Title:
Support & Development Assistant Manager
You will lead a team from Batam Area consists of technicians and software engineers in supporting including software development, system development, deployment, quality check of team members, and working closely with project manager to ensure any support request resolved in timely manner.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or relevant field.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proactive team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies as required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Software Development.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of software engineers or programmers is an advantage.
- Good knowledge in Oracle RDBMS, PLSQL and Jasper Report is an advantage
Support & Development Assistant Manager is expected to:
- Lead a team of help desk technicians in attending to customer support request.
- Manage escalations and ensuring any support requests are responded and resolved in timely manner.
- Lead a team of software engineers in developing and delivering customer enhancement and/or change requests.
- Involve in system development in accordance with the specification provided by the project manager.
- Involve in system deployment to customer environments.
- Perform quality check on the work done by team members.
- Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
