Job Title:
IT Analyst
You are responsible to assist, coordinate, analyze system requirement and implementing IT system, including prepare system, conduct testing, involve in software impelementation, evaluate system, troubleshooting, and execute quality assurance activities. You will work closely with internal technical team member to ensure project smoothness.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum 3 years relevant work experience with a proven record of IT implementation or logistics IT/Operations preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent team player with who is self-motivated, driven with the ability to work independently
- Highly organised, self-disciplined with good time management skills
IT Analyst is expected to:
- Assist in the elicitation of systems requirement study and analysis.
- Make solutions presentations to clients when required.
- To be in charge of IT systems implementation, project coordination & management
- Coordinate with internal technical team members to ensure project smoothness
- To involve in software implementation including training and systems walkthrough.
- To conduct testing on deliverables.
- To evaluate system and enhancements, including troubleshooting.
- To prepare systems and user documentation.
- To conduct system reviews, quality reviews, and quality tests.
- To execute quality assurance activities throughout the development life cycle.
- Ensure that your own projects are closed out and where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are captured and actioned. Produce appropriate documentation to support these processes.
