Job Responsibilities
- Manage accounts with the outcome of increased customer satisfaction, retention and account growth
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to increase revenue & build brand awareness
- Liaise with the internal departments for sales requirement
- Manage and negotiate client’s contract renewals and payments
- Consult with managerial to C-level executive clients and assist to recommend, develop and implement an effective, technology strategy that maximizes the value BSC delivers
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years relevant work experience with a proven record of sales success or logistics IT/Operations preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent team player with who is self-motivated, driven with the ability to work independently
- Highly organised, self disciplined with good time management skills
